Step 5 - SMART - Monitoring Codes

 

To allow SMART to manage an employee sickness the application has been shipped with default sickness codes as shown in the monitoring table below;

 

 

Monitoring Codes (also refer to SMART's flow diagram for a basic design input)

 

 

 

These codes needs to be amended to suit your companies procedures on sickness monitoring and discipline.

 

Important Note : Monitoring codes require to be in numerical order for SMART to correctly report back statistical Information on the management of employee sickness i.e. first warning should be the lowest code number and dismissal (final) being the highest code number.
