Search Matrix Cells

 

Allows the user to locate all entries on a specific matrix code.  This is an extremely powerful tool when used with a well constructed matrix code set.

 

 

The panel give some examples of how to use the search facility

 

 

In the example below we are training to locate training days by searching the matrices for the matrix code TRN.

 

 

High lightening and individual on the report and clicking on the view button will load their attendance matrix.  In the example below we can see the search correctly identified three matrix cells with TRN.

 

 

Clicking on the preview report brings up a hard copy record.

 

 

Note : When SMART is displaying any report an additional tab appears in the ribbon menu that provides the print and export options available to the user.
