The Policy Terms and Conditions
Our software is supplied via an electronic download service (EDS). Unlock codes for purchased software will be prepared ASAP after we recieved the unique installations code from the client / customer, and will normally take approximately 24 hours to process.
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. The e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our software, you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
