I have a full version of MS Access 32 / 64 bit installed.

Users who have full versions of MS Access 2010/13/16/19 installed will be able to run our applications directly, thus avoiding 32/64 bit MS Access runtime file restrictions.  Go to the programs installation directory and simply double click on the ####.accde file.  You could then make a short cut desktop icon to run the application directly, thus bypassing the runtime checks our own short cut icon performs on loading.
