The Pivot Charts are available via the statistical and analysis ribbon.

There are four pivot tables available to allow the user to manipulate accident data.

 

1.Locations

2.Grades

3.Report To

4.Category

 

 

Select your required date range

 

 

Select your preferred Pivot Chart

 

 

Select your option from the drop-down box.

 

 

View the results in the chosen pivot table.

 

 

 

Move the pivot table column headers to create different views. (In the example below the accident column has been moved to the locations row i.e. the pink section)

 

 

To view the pivot table results, click on the open report button.  Note: The report will be the default view

 

 

 

To enable user to return their pivot table to the design default, click on the Reset Pivot Table button.

 

 

Select the Pivot Tables to reset

 

 

AIM will report on the reset procedures progress.
