AIM consists of two major elements

 

•The GUI (Graphical User Interface); this resides on the users PC and provides a all the data input screens necessary to efficiently manage your accident, incidents and near-miss occurrences

•The Data Container; this file contains all the data entered via the GUI. (The data container way reside in a separate directory to the GUI, such as a on a network server.

 

The green boxes show the current status of an employee.  However, as employees will change roles, gain promotions etc, the yellow boxes contain the status of employees at the time of the accident, incidents and near-miss occurrences.
