DICS - Documented Information Type Search
DICS has several ways to allow document controllers to find a documented information for updating / issuing, etc.
The following option allows the document controller to find and locate documents by document type. The example below shows the document controller search for Environmental Management System Work Instructions with the word 'Target' in the title description.
Search by Location Method
Opens the search options menu
Select the Document Description option
Initially the form loads all available records
Entering 'Targets' and clicking on the find button fillers the records to your search criteria
From this screen, using the mouse, highlight the records to review.
Clicking on Load Selected takes you to the master input form with your required search criteria
