To assist in activities such as audits and document checks DICS comes with two detailed documents reports;
1. All documents held by a specific location
2. All documents of a specific type held by a location (useful for locations that hold lots of documents)

From the drop-down boxes select your required location and documented information type

Once selected the form self populates with the requested location and type.

Clicking on any individual line will load the data entry mater form.
To print preview and print the documents held list select the Preview button.
