SMART Support - (Site Map) Initial Set-up Steps > > SMART - Adding Additional Staff Matrix's
When new staff are add to the SMART application via the staff details form, you will need to initiate their monitoring matrix.
As you scroll through your staff matrices, when you encounter a new entry the screen will turn black to give a positive indication that a user action is needed.
Clicking on the Create Matrix will initial the staff monitoring matrix.
You have the option to abandon your request.
Confirmation the matrix was initiated.
The matrix is now available for data input.
