SMART Support - (Site Map) Trends and Analysis > > SMART's Trend and Analysis Features
Selecting the 10 or More days sickness brings up the employees with 10 or more days sickness in any pattern, continues or sporadic.
The analysis of records is automatic and any positively identified trends will be displayed.
Previewing the report gives a report with averages for individuals with 10 or more days sickness. The report is also ready for hard-copy printing or exporting.
Please Note: this video was created in an earlier version of SMART, however the principle is the same. Also you will need to be internet connected for the support video to load.
