Selecting the 5 or more occurrences of sickness brings up the employees with 5 or more days sickness at different times over 52 weeks. (i.e sick in January, March, June, August, September would be 5 different instances of sickness)
The trend analysis interrogate 52 weeks and returns individuals with 5 or more separate occurrences of sickness, with the option to extend the analysis to include weekends.
Previewing gives a report of the trend analysis ready for hard-copy printing or exporting.
