Selecting the 5 or more consecutive days sickness brings up the employees with 5 or more continuous days sickness. These patterns can include sickness at weekends and 5 continuous day over that falls between two weeks.
The trend analysis interrogate 52 weeks and returns individuals with a block of 5 or more days continuous sickness, with the option to extend the analysis to include weekends.
Selecting the include Sat and Sun option usually increases the number of trends found.
Previewing gives a report of the trend analysis ready for hard-copy printing or exporting.
The bottom of the report shows averages for individuals with 5 or more days continuous sick
