STARS - Stop Training Course Refresher Monitoring

Select the 'Refresher Monitoring' button from the top menu ribbon.

Certain training courses will require to be periodically refreshed.  The program has a feature that will automatically calculate the next due dates for staff trained on courses required to be refreshed (see valid for).  However, it may be necessary to cancel the automatic refresher monitoring for staff for various reasons such as internal;

•Promotion

•Demotion

•Job Transfer

•Retirement

In the example below in can be seen that Alliban, Faustina has 4 courses that require periodic retraining, including in last and next due dates.

To stop monitoring a training course for a member of staff click on the 'Stop Tracking' check box to the right of course title.

This then removes the refresher monitoring requirement.
