What we collect
To enable us to be able to process your orders, we are passed by e-mail, and store;
• e-commerce merchant processing the order,
• order number,
• payee name,
• contact e-mail,
• payment method, and

We do not store payment details such as credit card numbers or bank details, these are handled by the e-commerce merchants collecting payment on our behalf, for On Safe Lines QHSE Software this will be either PayPal or 2CheckOut. Stored data is also needed to register and supply customers with their software unlock codes, and for providing dispute resolution, chargebacks, refunds, or related issues. We also record were customers have asked not receive correspondence from us. This data is store in a password protected encrypted database.
Our software programs have an embedded Software Registration Program (SPR), this program provides a semi-automatic registration system intended to assist the user in the software registration and unlock procedure. The SPR has mandatory fields necessary to identify the order against data obtained during the purchase phase. There are also optional fields such as company name, country and how the software was sourced, this data is not stored by us, and is deleted soon after the registration process is complete.
A separate password protected database is used to store purchase information collected from our website shopping cart provider www.mals-e.com. This data is used solely for customers how require invoices beyond those issued by our e-commence providers. Details held will mirror those entered by the customer at order time with the exception that no credit card or bank details are transferred and therefore cannot be held by us.
