As of the 20/10/20 On Safe Lines QHSE Software Ltd was formally dissolved after Covid 19 reduced our sales drastically as many businesses scaled back their operations.

On Safe Lines website continues to operate and provide all of our QHSE business software solutions as FREEWARE.

Brian Welch, MSc, CMIOSH

 

I hold a Master of Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Management from the University of Portsmouth.

 

In addition to my academic credentials, I bring extensive vocational experience and expertise to the company, having worked in industrial settings since completing my engineering apprenticeship in the early 1980s. My career has encompassed various hands-on, technical, managerial, and consultancy roles, allowing me to accumulate over 25 years of experience in Quality and Health and Safety Management Systems. Recently, as environmental issues have become increasingly important on corporate agendas, I have expanded my qualifications to include Environmental Management Systems.

 

As a dedicated safety and health professional, I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH).
