What we collects

To enable us to be able to process your regristration and any donations our e-commerce merchant may require;

• donation method, and

We do not store donation details such as credit card numbers or bank details, these are handled by the e-commerce merchants collecting payment on our behalf, for us this will be PayPal who have their own GDPR available to be view on their websites.

Stored data is also needed to register and supply users with their software unlock codes. This data is stored in a password protected encrypted database.

Our software programs have an embedded Software Registration Program (SPR), this program provides a semi-automatic registration system intended to assist the user in the software registration and unlock procedure. The SPR has mandatory fields necessary to identify the order against data obtained during the purchase phase. There are also optional fields such as company name, country and how the software was sourced, this data is not stored by us, and is deleted soon after the registration process is complete.
