The detailed accident report is available via the statistical and analysis ribbon.

This report provides core details about accidents, incidents and near misses between user specified dates.

 

Also see export to PDF or XPS;  export to XLS

 

 

This report provides comprehensive details of accidents by employees and will allow management to see a snap-shot of accidents in a compact format.

 

 

Pressing the Report Preview bring up the the associated report for the users selected criteria.
