This report provides details of accidents that resulted in lost-time in days and can provide statistical data that can be related directly to production issues and concerns.

This report provides comprehensive details of accidents with lost days and will allow management to see a snap-shot of accidents in a compact format.

 

 

Pressing the Report Preview bring up the the associated report for the users selected criteria.
