DICS comes with a pre-formatted and professionally deigned report that details those recipients of controlled documents that have not returned their acknowledgement slip after three weeks (adjustable).  This allows the document controller to ensure the correct documents are at the right location, and obsolete documents are removed in a timely manner.

 

DICS Provides the document controller three ways to assist in managing locations that have failed to return their document acknowledgement slip with the specified time-scale.

 

Method 3. Hard copy report of locations Yet to Acknowledge letters (ALL)

 

Accessing the 'Not Acknowledge List' can be the receipts ribbon

 

 

The report can be previewed or printed
