Document Verification / Document Checks normal involve a physical check of the document owners location to ensure such information as;
•Document available
•Document Issue Correct
•Old copies removed from use
•Document is legible
•Document has no un-authorised amendments
To assist this process document controllers can print out a documented information verification check sheet to use as a audit aid. Results can then be inputted into DICS with the paper copy of results filed if necessary...
This brings up the verifications statistics form.
User can set the following variables
•Start Date
•End Date
•Stats Weekly
•Stats Monthly
•Stats Quarterly
•Stats Yearly (v3+)
Results can then be printed.
