The methods outline here can be used for the following file formats:

 

•PDF

•XPS

•Text

•RFT (Word)

•XLS (spreadsheets)

•XLM (In report view only, export not available in print preview mode)

•HTML

•E-mail

 

TIRA provides the facility to export reports into PDF or XPF format; this allows records to be electronically stored, transferred or e-mailed.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The example show here is from our Accident Investigation and Management software AIM.  However the principle is the same.

 

Load a report in the usual manner.

 

 

 

On the print preview ribbon select the Pdf or Xps button.

 

 

 

Select save as PDF or XPS

 

 

Select save location

 

 

 

Save file as a PDF
