AIM Support - (Site Map) AIM > Getting Started >  > When AIM is first loaded or after the user deletes the last record in the program needs to initial the recordset.

 

 

AIM will generate the first record and give it and unique reference ID automatically.

 

 

Thereafter the user will need create a new record using the standard menu options.

 

The user is able to change the number generate by the program but simple overwriting the reference ID with the own entry.

 

For example:

 

 

you could click in the field and change the reference ID to suit your own referencing convention.
