AIM Support - (Site Map) AIM > Trend Finding >  > The Trend analysis options are available via the trend ribbon.

Phrase Trend Analysis allows you to filter records by text to enable you to interrogate your accident record-set to your specific investigation requirements.

 

 

Initially the Phrase form opens displaying all records in your record-set that have text in at least one of these fields;

 

•What Happened

•Initial Investigation

•Full Investigation

•Close out comments

 

Note: If none of these field contain any text they will not be displayed.

 

 

In the example below the phrase 'cut' was used to interrogate the record-set.  This analysis returned 2 records from an original record-set of 240.  Clicking on any of the returned records will populate the comments fields and highlight the search phase in bold and a slightly larger font to enabled the user to quickly locate search findings.
