DICS comes with a pre-formatted and professionally deigned report that details those recipients of controlled documents that have not returned their acknowledgement slip after three weeks (adjustable).  This allows the document controller to ensure the correct documents are at the right location, and obsolete documents are removed in a timely manner.

 

DICS Provides the document controller three ways to assist in managing locations that have failed to return their document acknowledgement slip with the specified time-scale.

 

Method 1. View and Select

 

 

This opens the Yet Acknowledged select form.

 

 

The above form shows 5 records form a total of 406 documented information yet to be acknowledged.

 

 

Form the form menu buttons you cam elect to just the selected records or load them all.
