Save Exported Report

The methods outline here can be used on for following file formats:

 

•PDF

•XPS

•Text

•RFT (Word)

•XLS (spreadsheets)

•XLM (In report view only, export not available in print preview mode)

•HTML

•E-mail

 

First open the report your wish to save.

 

 

Select your desired export option

 

 

Select file name and location to save export

 

 

Select the check-box to save your export, add a description as necessary and then click on the 'save export' button.

 

 

Click on the Export to 'Saved Exports' from the menu ribbon to see a list of your saved reports

 

 

 

Note: Saved exports of different output formats cannot have the same name.  For example, you cannot have saved reports like Report.xls and Report.pdf
