 Categories are used to classify the various kind of accidents, incidents and near misses that can occur an AIM is distributed with over 50 as standard.  These can be added to, amended or delete to suit the user's workplace / industry requirements.

 

Categories are also used within AIM to provide a statistical overview of areas that may warrant management influence to reduce accident figures.

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The drop-down boxes for the Drill Down search facility sort on a numerical / alphabetical order.  Using a special character @&#([ etc., at the beginning of a field names, for example (AS) by staff or #As-by staff may cause the drill-down search to return incomplete records...
